("Aruria", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, place an order, or join the Aruria Inner Circle. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and shipping address.
- Order information: the products you purchase, payment confirmation (we do not store full card details), and delivery records.
- Information you share when applying to the Inner Circle, including the stage you're in and what brought you to Aruria.
- Technical data collected automatically, such as your browser type, device, and how you use our site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, and to keep you updated on their progress.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer care.
- To manage Inner Circle membership and send you the letters and updates you've asked for.
- To improve our products, website, and the way we serve you.
- To meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted partners who help us operate, such as payment processors, delivery couriers, and email or messaging providers, and only to the extent needed to serve you. These partners are required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Marketing & your choices
We'll only send you marketing messages where you've agreed to receive them. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, by replying to stop on WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, limit how we process it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data security & retention
We apply appropriate organisational and technical safeguards to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here, or as required by law.

Terms of Service
A clear understanding between us. By using our website and purchasing from Aruria, you agree to the terms set out here.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aruria website and your purchase of our products. They form an agreement between you and Sky Nutraceuticals Sdn. Bhd. Please read them carefully; by browsing or ordering, you accept them.
Our products
Aruria offers food supplements formulated to support hormonal wellbeing. Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or living with a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Always follow the directions on the pack.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance once your order is processed and dispatched.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where an item is unavailable or a pricing or product error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
- We make every effort to present products, ingredients, and colours accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen displays them exactly.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment partners. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout, but these are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control are not within our responsibility, though we'll always help where we can.
The Inner Circle
Membership of the Aruria Inner Circle is offered at our discretion and by invitation. Associated benefits are described at the time of joining and may evolve over time. We may update or withdraw membership benefits where reasonable, and will communicate material changes to members.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Aruria and Eloraen™ and Eloreum™ names, logos, text, and imagery, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Section Three
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are consumed for your wellbeing, we handle returns with care for safety and quality, while always making things right when they're not.
As a supplement intended for personal consumption, Aruria products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once dispatched. This protects the safety and integrity of every product we sell. We do, however, stand fully behind what we make — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll put it right.
When we'll replace or exchange
- Your order arrived damaged or with broken or compromised packaging.
- You received the wrong product, formula, or quantity.
- The product was defective or faulty on arrival.
How to make a claim
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@aruria.com.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, along with the product and its packaging.
- Please keep the affected product and packaging until your claim is resolved — we may ask for them to be returned.
What happens next
Once we've reviewed and approved your claim, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Where a replacement isn't possible, we'll offer a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed promptly, and the time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on consumable supplements for health and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we're unable to recall it.
